1. Getting Started

A: AZEE Securities is a licensed brokerage firm and a member of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). We offer services in equity trading, futures, commodities, IPO investments, mutual funds, ETFs, and more — all supported by our robust online trading platforms and investor education resources.
A: You can open your account online via our website or mobile app. Simply fill out the digital form, upload your CNIC and bank documents, and complete biometric verification. You’ll receive your account credentials once approved.
A: Valid CNIC, a recent photograph, a bank statement or cheque, proof of income, and a signed account opening form. Non-residents will also need a valid passport and RDA (Roshan Digital Account) documents.
A: Once all documents are submitted and verified, your trading and CDC accounts are typically activated within 24–48 working hours.

2. Trading

A: Once your account is active, log in to the AZEE Tick App or desktop terminal using the credentials sent to you via SMS/email. Fund your account and start buying or selling stocks directly.
A: Regular market hours are Monday to Thursday: 9:15 AM – 3:30 PM and Friday: 9:15 AM – 12:00 PM (first session), 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM (second session).
A: There’s no fixed minimum. However, most investors start with Rs. 5,000–10,000 for basic exposure. For IPOs, futures, or commodities, higher capital may be needed
A: Yes, once you request futures or commodity market access, your existing account can be upgraded to include these products.

3. My Account

A: You can generate your financial and CDC statements directly from the AZEE client portal or mobile app by logging into your dashboard and selecting “Reports” or “Statements.”
A: Inactivity for over 12 months can mark your account as dormant. To reactivate, you must submit a reactivation request along with updated KYC documents.
A: Log into the AZEE client portal or mobile app, go to "Funds", select "Withdrawal", enter the amount and bank details, and confirm the request.

4. Mutual Funds & ETFs

A: We offer both conventional and Islamic mutual funds through our partnered AMCs. You can invest online through our platform after completing the mutual fund KYC.
A: ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) are investment vehicles that track indices. They can be traded like stocks through your AZEE trading account.

5. IPOs (Initial Public Offerings)

A: Once logged into your AZEE account, navigate to the “IPO” section, select an open IPO, and submit your bid. You must have a CDC Sub-Account and trading account.
A: Pakistani citizens with valid CNICs, bank accounts, and CDC Sub-Accounts are eligible. Non-resident Pakistanis can apply using RDA.

6. Futures & Commodities

A: Futures contracts are agreements to buy/sell a financial instrument at a set price on a future date. AZEE offers access to PSX futures and PMEX commodities.

7. Forex / Currencies

A: Yes, through PMEX you can trade forex pairs such as USD/JPY and EUR/USD under regulated conditions.
A: A currency pair refers to buying one currency and selling another simultaneously, like EUR/USD or USD/JPY.

.Shariah-Compliant Investments

A: Shariah-compliant stocks are shares of companies that operate in accordance with Islamic principles. These companies avoid prohibited (haram) business activities such as alcohol, gambling, interest-based finance, and unethical practices. They must also meet specific financial criteria related to debt levels, liquidity, and interest income.
A: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) maintains and publishes a Shariah-Compliant Index (SCI) that includes all companies meeting Islamic investment criteria. You can access the updated list on the PSX website or request it through our customer support.
A: AZEE Securities offers tools through its AZEE Tick App and platform to identify and filter halal stocks based on Shariah screening rules. We provide access to the latest Shariah-compliant lists, detailed financial ratios, and sector filters to help you invest ethically

.Statements & Reports

A: Log into your AZEE Tick App or client portal, navigate to the “Reports” section, and select the type of report you need—account summary, P&L, or transaction history. Reports can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format for specific date ranges.
A: You’ll typically need your profit/loss statement, capital gains report, withholding tax certificates, and CDC holding statement. These documents are available in your account dashboard or by request from our support team.
A: Trade confirmations are sent to your registered email ID on a daily basis. For holding statements, log into the CDC Web Access portal or AZEE platform under “Holdings” to view or download your current shareholdings.

Digital Services

A: Download the AZEE Tick App from Google Play or Apple App Store. Log in using your trading credentials, navigate to the dashboard, and use the “Buy” or “Sell” tabs to place orders. The app also features watchlists, market data, charts, and news.
A: Yes, the AZEE Tick App is available on both Android and iOS platforms. You can search “AZEE Tick” in your respective app store and install it free of charge.
A: Real-time data is enabled by default for AZEE trading accounts. If your feed shows delays, you can contact our support to verify your market data settings or submit a request to re-enable live streaming quotes.

8. KYC & Compliance

A: Know Your Customer (KYC) is mandatory to verify your identity. It helps prevent financial crimes and ensures compliance with SECP and PSX regulations.
A: Submit a KYC update request with fresh CNIC, bank details, and proof of income via email or our online portal.
