Fatima Fertilizer Announces Rs3.50 Interim Dividend for Half-Year Ended June 30, 2025

Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited on Wednesday announced its financial results for the half year ended June 30, 2025.

In a meeting held electronically on August 27, 2025, the company’s Board of Directors approved an interim cash dividend of Rs3.50 per share (35%). This comes in addition to no earlier payout for the period.

As per the results filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), profit before tax stood at Rs25.50 billion in June 2025 compared to Rs25.96 billion in the same period last year.

The company posted a profit after tax of Rs15.67 billion, higher than Rs13.23 billion recorded in June 2024.

Meanwhile, earnings per share (EPS) rose to Rs7.40 in June 2025, against Rs6.30 a year earlier.
