GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Ltd Announces Q2 & Half-Year 2025 Results

Karachi, August 26, 2025 – GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited (GSK) has announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter and six months period ended June 30, 2025, following the Board of Directors’ meeting held on August 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in Karachi.

The Board has also approved an interim cash dividend of PKR 5 per share for the half-year ended June 30, 2025.

Financial Highlights (Half-Year Ended June 30, 2025):

• Profit Before Tax: PKR 6,968,138k (up from PKR 2,772,984k in June 2024)
• Profit After Tax: PKR 4,195,357k (vs. PKR 1,654,150k in June 2024)
• Earnings Per Share (EPS): PKR 13.17 (up from PKR 5.19 in June 2024)

This strong growth reflects the Company’s robust performance in both topline and bottom-line profitability during the period.
