Gold Prices Slip by Rs1,500 per Tola in Pakistan
Gold prices retreated in the domestic market on Friday, mirroring weakness in the international bullion market. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola fell Rs1,500 to Rs355,700, while 10-gram gold dropped Rs1,286 to Rs304,955.
A day earlier, gold had surged by Rs2,000 per tola, touching Rs357,200.
In the global market, gold was quoted at $3,330 per ounce (with $20 premium), down $15 for the session.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs4,031 per tola.
