Nestlé Pakistan Announces 780% Interim Cash Dividend as Nine-Month Profit Surges

Nestlé Pakistan Ltd. (PSX: NESTLE) has announced an interim cash dividend of PKR 78 per share, equivalent to 780%, following the approval of its audited financial statements for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2025, in a meeting of its Board of Directors held on October 16, 2025.

According to the company’s financial results, profit before tax rose to PKR 24.26 billion during the period under review, up from PKR 20.76 billion in the same period last year — reflecting a robust growth driven by strong operational performance and resilient consumer demand.

Profit after tax stood at PKR 14.10 billion, compared to PKR 12.29 billion reported in the corresponding period of 2024. Consequently, earnings per share (EPS) increased to PKR 310.81, up from PKR 270.91 a year earlier.

The improvement in profitability highlights Nestlé Pakistan’s continued focus on cost optimization, product innovation, and efficient distribution across its food, beverage, and nutrition segments.

The detailed financial statements have been shared as Annexures A1 to A5 with the company’s official filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
