Systems Limited Plans New Incorporation in UK, Board to Review

Systems Limited (PSX: SYS) has announced plans to incorporate a new company in the United Kingdom, with the proposal set to be discussed in its upcoming board meeting on September 16, 2025.

In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, SYS stated that the meeting will also review a potential investment opportunity and decide on further actions as required.

Founded in 1977 and listed on the PSX in 2015, Systems Limited is a leading provider of software development and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, playing a vital role in enabling digital transformation for clients globally.
