Dadabhoy Construction Technology Limited announces FY25 financial results

Dadabhoy Construction Technology Limited (DCTL) has announced its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2025, reporting a net profit of Rs1.00 million, compared to a profit of Rs0.33 million in the previous year, according to its annual report.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs0.43, up from Rs0.13 last year. Despite the reported profit, the company remains non-operational, with no revenue generated during the year, as construction activities have remained suspended.

Administrative expenses declined during the year, while finance income and tax adjustments supported the bottom line. The auditors have issued a disclaimer of opinion, citing the company’s prolonged operational suspension, accumulated losses, and uncertainty regarding its ability to continue as a going concern.

As of June 30, 2025, Dadabhoy Construction Technology reported accumulated losses of Rs107.7 million, while current liabilities exceeded current assets, highlighting ongoing liquidity constraints.

In its directors’ report, management stated that efforts are underway to revive business operations, subject to regulatory approvals and resolution of outstanding matters. The company is also evaluating potential opportunities to resume construction-related activities in the future.

The results underline the challenges faced by the company amid prolonged inactivity, while management continues to explore options for business revival and financial stabilization.
