Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a marginal decline on Friday, reflecting trends in the international market. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24K gold per tola dropped by Rs100, settling at Rs352,900. Similarly, the 10-gram gold rate declined by Rs86 to reach Rs302,555.
This follows a sharper drop of Rs2,000 per tola recorded a day earlier. The international gold price also edged lower, currently at $3,302 per ounce (inclusive of a $20 premium), marking a loss of $1 during the session.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained steady, with the rate for one tola holding at Rs3,900.
Traders continue to watch global market cues closely, particularly as international interest rates and geopolitical tensions weigh on bullion prices.
