Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), the country’s national flag carrier, has officially announced that it has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Karachi Port Trust (KPT) and Port Qasim Authority (PQA). These LOIs outline a strategic intent to jointly explore investment opportunities focused on the enhancement of shipping fleet capacity and expansion of maritime operations.
