Roshan Digital Account Crosses USD 10.7 Billion in Inflows

The Roshan Digital Account (RDA) initiative, launched in September 2020, continues to gain momentum, attracting significant inflows from overseas Pakistanis. As of July 2025, cumulative gross inflows have reached USD 10,748 million, reflecting strong confidence in Pakistan’s financial system.

During this period, USD 1,836 million has been repatriated, while USD 6,891 million has been utilized locally in various sectors of the economy. The net repatriable liability currently stands at USD 2,022 million.

Breaking down the cumulative net investments of USD 1,490 million, Islamic Naya Pakistan Certificates (NPCs) lead with USD 936 million, followed by conventional NPCs at USD 479 million. Additionally, Roshan Equity Investments account for USD 75 million, with other liabilities recorded at USD 46 million.

Balances maintained in RDA accounts stand at USD 486 million, indicating continued trust and savings retention by account holders.

The sustained growth in RDA inflows underscores its role as a vital bridge between overseas Pakistanis and the country’s economic development.
