Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (PSX: SAZEW) is preparing to expand its footprint in Pakistan’s premium SUV market with the opening of bookings for the Tank 500 Hi4-T 4×4 2.0L Turbo AT starting Monday, January 26, 2026.

In a disclosure made to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company confirmed that it will begin taking orders for the locally assembled (CKD) Tank 500 Hi4-T, which will be available in both plug-in hybrid electric (PHEV) and hybrid electric (HEV) configurations.

The development marks Sazgar’s move into advanced hybrid powertrains within the full-size SUV category, signaling a strategic expansion beyond conventional internal combustion models.
