In a major strategic development, Systems Limited has announced the acquisition of British American Tobacco SAA Services (Private) Limited from BAT International Holdings (UK) Ltd. This move aligns with Systems’ ongoing expansion in the global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. The Target Company specializes in IT-led shared services including customer care, HR, finance, and supply chain solutions.

The acquisition, approved during the board meeting on 29th July 2025, is subject to regulatory approvals. Simultaneously, Systems’ associated firm Techvista Systems FZ LLC (UAE) has signed a multiyear Master Services Agreement with Accenture (UK) Ltd to provide AI-powered BPO services through the acquired company.
